Our Customer Reward Program is one example of how we hope to achieve this, and we sincerely hope all our customers take full advantage of it.

So, how does it work we hear you ask? Simple...

For every AUS$1 you spend in our store, we will reward you with 1 Customer Reward Point. You can make multiple Flower arrangement purchases and save your points for something big at a later time or you may choose to use your accumulated points upon your next visit. It's entirely up to you.

To translate points back into dollar terms; 10 points equals AUS$1, which you can redeem upon your next purchase.

Summary of Rules

  • Customer Reward Points are not transferable.
  • Customer Reward Points cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • Customer Reward Points can be redeemed only while shopping with us online.
  • Customer Reward Points are calculated on the purchase price of the product, excluding discounts, taxes, shipping, handling, and insurance costs.
  • Customer Reward Points are automatically credited once an order is processed by our staff.
  • Reward point conversion rate is subject to change without any notice.
  • You can start reedeming your Reward points only when you have 500 points or more.

 

 

So how do you get started?

To be rewarded when making a purchase, simply browse our store and buy flowers that you like checkout and pay and we will credit your account with 1 customer reward points for every AU$1 you spend (excluding shipping/handling charges, taxes, insurance, and other store discounts) for you to use upon your next purchase.

"How do I Redeem My Customer Reward Points?"

Using your reward points is a very easy thing to do... But just in case, let us walk you through it (to make things easier, keep this browser window open) ...

  • Select the flowers you like by adding them to your cart,
  • When done, proceed to the checkout and confirm your selection,
  • At the login screen, enter your login information under member logon section,
  • Follow the steps to checkout,
  • When at the payment screen, you will be shown how many points you have available in your account. Enter how many points you wish to use and click the 'Submit' button. If the amount of points is enough to cover the entire cost of purchase, you will simply be presented with your order details and any surplus points used will be re-allocated back to your account. If the points used doesn't cover the entire cost of purchase, you will be reverted back to the method screen where you need to select another payment method to cover the shortfall - just follow the prompts.
